Carpal Tunnel Syndrome can have several causes but most often the cause is muscles. Tight overstretched muscles in your back. Tight shortened muscles in the front of your body. Muscles can be the primary cause of your symptoms.
Strengthening helps and so does stretching but...it's helpful to know WHICH muscles to strengthen and WHICH to stretch.
But these things take time, you say. You don't have the time, you say? Or, did I hear you say it's just too much work?
Yes, it is a bit of work but
aren't you worth it? Yes, you are! You deserve to feel better.
But you can't hire someone to exercise for you.
You just have to do your own stretches and strength-training. Here are two resources for you:

2. http://www.wordcures.com/HealthyLivingDIY/2009/03/stretching_is_just_too_much_wo.html
