Carpal tunnel syndrome has several causes but most of them involve your muscles and your whole body. If you take action to correct the causes yourself, you can have natural pain relief. Will this work for everyone? It depends how many causes are causing distress for you and how much effort you are willing to give to yourself.
You deserve to feel better and you have a smart body. It just needs a little help from you (or a lot.)
I received an update from a reader who shared this information about her carpal tunnel syndrome:
What helped
the most? Yoga
What helped the least? Pain medications, gels and ointments.
How are you feeling now? Carpal tunnel pain is gone. (Don't you love it? I surely do.)
Our correspondent did have another complaint--pain beneath her shoulder blades--and I made some suggestions about that when I wrote back to her. That shoulder blade pain was most likely part of the original posture that caused her to have carpal tunnel symptoms.
Yoga helps your body get back into balance. It uses all of your muscles. You can discover much more at http://YogaConfidence.com
You will feel better all over when you start using as much of your body as possible just as you did when you were a child.
