Do you have pain in your middle finger? As usual, our friendly friends the muscles are to blame. Here's how you can get rid of your middle finger pain.
Try this:
1. Explore the muscles on the palm side and opposite side of your lower arm--up near the elbow.
Press in and see whether you can find any really tender places. You will have to apply enough pressure that you can find them.
When you do find tender places in your lower arm muscles, hold them for about 12 seconds. A tender place might start to become less tender as you hold the spot. If it does, that means the muscle is relaxing.
That's what we want--we want the muscle that is 'triggering' the middle finger pain to relax.
2. Also, explore the front of your chest and your upper arm in front near the armpit. Tight muscles in those areas can
The gliding and gentle pressure helps warm the muscles and lets you press a little deeper so you can find any tender areas.
3. There are muscles in the back of your hand between the bones that can cause middle finger pain, too. By using a narrow "tool"--maybe a finger tip or a pencil eraser--you can press into the space between the bones of the hands to explore and treat them.
So there you have it. Three places to look for the cause of the pain in your middle finger for natural pain relief.

My first preference is to natural treatment for any kind of disease.
Natural/herbal treatment is not only safe but also don't have any side effect.

Hi Jeeny,
I'm with you. In almost every case (but not emergencies) natural is the way to go.
I don't know enough about herbal remedies to recommend herbs, so I don't.
I do know that herbs are drugs and should be treated with respect and used with thought and caution. Many medicines are herb-based.
Thanks for writing,
